The basic structure of the feeding section is composed of a feeding frame, a weft expanding and centering device, a padder, a speed synchronization device, and an optoelectronic weft straightening device. Its function is to expand and center the fabric in a low tension state, and then dehydrate the fabric through a padder, and add auxiliaries. The fabric tension between the padder and the weft straightening device is precisely controlled through a speed synchronization device. The weft straightening device effectively corrects the deformation, weft arc, and weft skew of the fabric in the previous process, thereby meeting the various process requirements required before the fabric is pinned/ clipped and transport into hot air chambers.
